Make a joyful noise …
Music is a large part of the history and tradition of Central United Methodist Church. Central’s worship style promotes classical sacred music which strives to include a variety of musical styles. All the choirs and instrumental groups at Central are volunteer, non-professional musicians, who love sharing their gift of music in our weekly worship. All choirs and ensembles and bells welcome new members throughout the year.

Our Stanley Memorial Organ is located in the sanctuary. It is a 50 rank, three manual M.P. Moller organ which was rebuilt and redesigned in 1965. In 2002, a digital pedal division was added, making it possible for the instrument to have a series of 32 foot sounds (the very lowest bass notes) which enhance the overall sound of this magnificent instrument.
The Robinson Chapel Organ was given in memory of Louise Arnold by George Arnold. The instrument is an eight rank, two manual Lauck pipe organ, built in 1991. The Chapel at Central is the setting for small weddings, and funerals.
